USPS or UPS within 24 hours. We reserve the right to choose
which method based on the size and location of your order.
Our choice will be based on serving you as quickly as
possible. Ground delivery is within 7-10 business days.
Out of Stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of our
receipt of the product.
Each order can only be
shipped to one address. If you are making shipment to
multiple locations, please place separate orders.
All orders require a
street address or P.O. Box within the US. Please contact us
by email or phone for any shipping outside of the US.

Return/Cancellation Policy
Bicycle Gift Hub will replace
any defective item with the same item within 60 days of
purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may
contact us for return within 30 days. Non-defective returns will
be credited if they are in re-stockable condition. Include a
copy of the packing slip with all returns. Insure your return
shipment. BGH is not liable for lost or damaged return
shipments. Furniture items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
